Here is the usual booking process:

• Contact Cactus with your requirements (go to Quick Quote Request)
• Cactus sends a summary quotation
• Provisional Booking is made & deposits taken
• Cactus attends a parents’ briefing evening organised by the school
• Cactus briefs the group leader with practical tips and health & safety data on the chosen location
• Group leader carries out an exploratory visit
• Full balance payments received
• Final confirmations, travel packs, help with final risk assessment and accommodation details sent
• Departure and ongoing contact, monitoring & feedback.
