Ah, Paris. The place of dreams,
excitement, magic. A chic European
capital so often chosen as a weekend
escape - but scratch the surface and
you'll find it's much more than the
picture-postcard Eiffel Tower and
Arc de Triomphe we all know and love.
Bohemian Montmartre, avant-garde
Montparnasse, the high-brow Latin Quarter each
arrondissement tells a different story, their
local bistros and hidden bookshops as essential
to filling the pages as the high heels and short
skirts of the Moulin Rouge. After all, you never
know when you're going to stumble across that
little je ne sais quoi
The
School
The school, which is located
in the heart of Paris near Opéra
and the Louvre, offers a wide range
of language and cultural courses to
suit all needs. Since January 1999,
the school has occupied the whole
second floor of a newly converted,
typical Parisian building. Premises
include 18
sunny and spacious classrooms, an executive area,
a cyber café (with computers and Internet
access) and a comfortable cafeteria with drink
and snack machines. Verbal communication is a
priority here: teachers work on students
listening, comprehension and pronunciation in
order to ensure strong practical language skills.
Client
Feedback
My daughter went to Paris to
do lots of shopping and learn a little
French, and it was a success. She
really progressed! She is having her
oral GCSE today and she feels confident
going into the exam. The French family
we stayed with was excellent. They
cooked us wonderful meals, and of
course we had typical French breakfast
every morning. Thank you! Victoria Kennedy
